Using resources to tell a story
While we were able to use personal details and have conversations with many Lockerbie residents, it took hours of research to outline the history of the neighborhood, dating back to the early 1800s. Utilizing resources from the Indiana Historical Society, reading through the Historic Preservation Plan, old City of Indianapolis documents, and content derived from state-wide research, we outlined the physical and relational value of investing in a downtown home.
