Brand & Messaging development impacts economic Outlook
The purpose of the Good Wages Initiative is to communicate the importance of increasing wages to benefit the economic future of Indianapolis. Because of the importance of the initiative, we held several focus groups and performed in-depth market research to confirm that the messaging was both sustainable and engaging for each unique audience.
Once the messaging was established, we built out language for the Good Wages website and created several design aspects to be distributed among partners in order to positively influence other employers to engage with the initiative. Beyond creating design, we also developed a detailed marketing plan with finalized messaging, social media template posts, press releases, and graphics to utilize partnerships for promotion.
Furthering the public relations strategy beyond sending press releases to the media, we also conducted several media pitches to local TV, radio, and news outlets.
