EmployIndy is the Marion County workforce development board, supporting underserved and under-represented Indianapolis residents by creating opportunities and removing barriers for youth and adults to achieve their education and employment goals.
Utilizing real people to tell a powerful story
EmployIndy's programs were growing rapidly and they had secured millions of dollars to continue serving Indianapolis youth and young adults. To demonstrate this work we compiled photos, content, and videos to release innovative annual reports featuring real people - especially EmployIndy program participants, partners and funders - addressing audiences directly through video, print, and digital executions, utilizing social media and email distribution to share successes. It is powerful, unapologetic positioning that recognizes the hard work of the EmployIndy team and the members of the ecosystem, outlining the areas of growth and opportunity as they progress along their five-year strategic plan.

To highlight this struggle and adaptation, we highlighted on the same major audiences in 2019/2020 as 2020/2021 to tell a story of change, struggles, and overcoming adversity.
